Floodman LLC uses information sent through this website to review property-service requests and contact the person making the inquiry.
Information you choose to send
The service-request form asks for your name, city or ZIP code, service of interest and preferred contact method. It also accepts your phone number, email address and a description of the property concern. Provide the contact details needed for the method you select.
Your request is saved in Floodman’s customer-management system for the office to review and follow up. Selecting a contact method does not book an appointment or confirm an arrival time. Avoid including payment-card details or other sensitive information in the property description.
Form security and repeat submissions
The form uses a session cookie and a security token to help protect submissions. A request reference helps recognize repeat attempts so a retry can return the saved request instead of creating another inquiry. Website hosting and security systems also process the connections needed to deliver the website.
First-party website measurements
We count call-button clicks and successfully saved service requests by page and day to understand how people use the website. A call-button click does not tell us whether a call connected, and a saved request is not a booking.
The call-button measurement uses a random event reference to recognize repeat event submissions. It does not set an analytics cookie or create a visitor profile. This click measurement is skipped when the browser’s Do Not Track signal is enabled.
Fonts and links to other services
This website loads its Inter font from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request the font files; Google’s privacy information describes its handling of those connections.
Choosing a link to Google, Facebook or another external service takes you to that provider. Its own privacy information applies to your use of that service.
