I am so grateful for Floodman. I have had so many flooding and mold issues in my parent's home.Because of this company I will have our family home for many years to come. When I have an emergency they always come quickly. I don't know what I'd do without them! They are also very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I cannot say enough. THANK YOU!

For such a surreal experience as to have your basement flood after nearly fifty years of no problems, Floodman (Erich and his team) came in within two hours of calling them and had everything cut out and cleaned up in a matter of hours/days with lots of check ups, good humor, and professionalism. If you do happen to flood, Floodman is who you need to call. Yes, it was pricey, but peace of mind and a follow up months later are worth every penny. Dependable labor can be hard to come by in northern Michigan, and the working team and communication at Floodman were outstanding. Their recommendations for repairs were also amazing. Seriously, it makes me want to work with Floodman when I retire years from now. Five stars all the way.

WOW! Eric (manager/owner)? had his crew out at the site very quickly to do a basement flood cleanup. Eric's communications with me were prompt and spot-on. Everything done was of professional grade. The project was an Egress window install.

I am so happy I hired Floodman LLC of Traverse City.

I needed an Egress window installed into the basement so my son could have his room down there. Once scheduled, they did this job in completion in about 11 hours. Unbelievable how quickly this project went and it looks amazing. All of the crew were polite, friendly, and professional.

Extremely professional company that takes customer service above all others. Extremely neat (huge for me). I covered everything in our downstairs and didn't need to cover a thing. They used plywood to drive the equipment over on my lawn and completely encased the project to not make a mess in my home. Raked every spot they walked on. Put every single thing including fences, back in its original place. Not a speck of dust was left behind by them. They even decorated the egress well with stone.

So nice to receive this type of excellence, especially the way service is lately. I HIGHLY recommend Floodman LLC of Traverse City.

Floodman is an amazing company! Lori in their office is truly the face of the company she is compassionate, knowledgeable, and does the right thing no matter what. My experience started out with another company(Servpro) in town that cut corners, left mold, and didn't clean up ( I found their dirty clothes in my laundry bin in my bedroom) BUT!! Floodman came to our rescue! I explained in full detail what happened to Lori and she insisted that someone come out and make sure it was a proper job for my families health. Keep in mind that this was done at no charge!! After further inspection their team agreed that it wasn't done correctly and that it needed to be fix. They fixed it in a timely fashion, they were KIND,HONEST, and did the right thing for my family without the insurance company in mind at all!! We will forever be loyal to this amazing company and will continue to refer as many people as we can because they are truly worth every single penny you spend on them. We were headed out of town only to find that the same day we found a leak that had flooded our basement. Floodman came the next day and got to work! The team was curteous, communicative and reassuring. They took care of the water and the mold that had been discovered. They didnt leave any loose ends, and we were extremely relieved to have such a wonderful company help during an unfortunate situation. I would highly recommend this company!!

Our home flooded in August of 2017, we were new to town and didn't know where to turn. Floodman showed up, saved the day and did an incredible job. We were extremely impressed with the customer service and how kind they were to us knowing how terrible the situation was. Their clean up was also top notch! Had a washing machine overflow in my laundry room, onto my wood floors, down into my basement. The Floodman crew arrived quickly and were extremely thorough looking everywhere for where the water might have gotten too. They were so pleasant to deal with I had them complete all aspects of the repair including new wood flooring, new door jambs, new drywall, new baseboard, new casing, and painting. We were pleased with how well they cleaned everything up when the work was done. We really canâ t evaluate how well this system works until it is tested in the Spring when the snow melts and water levels rise around our house.

Erich is a competent, reliable, well experienced, insightful professional in this field of work and service. He is willing to explain, discuss and, I believe, honestly share his opinions of what is in his customer/client's best interest. They have been very responsive to ongoing flooding into our crawl space from high Lake Michigan waters and our lake outlet being plugged frequently. Still a work in progress as conditions change. We are not at our cottage and trust them to be our watch dog and keep us out of harm's way.
